0: Coat inside of 9X5X3" loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray

1: Combine flours, sugar, seeds, salt & yeast in large bowl

2: Combine beer, butter & molasses in small pan

3: Heat to very warm (125-135)

4: Pour into flour mixture; add egg

5: Mix at low speed to blend

6: Then beat at medium speed 2 minutes, scraping down side of bowl as necessary

7: Scrape dough down from sides, forming one mass; lightly oil top of batter

8: Cover & let rise in warm place for 30 minutes

9: Beat dough a few seconds; scrape into prepared pan

10: Smooth top with wet spatula

11: Cover & let rise in warm place for 15 minutes

12: Preheat oven to 375

13: Bake bread in 375 oven for 30 minutes

14: Remove from pan; return to oven for 5 minutes or until loaf sounds hollow when rapped on bottom

15: Cool on wire rack
