0: Grind oats in blender or food chopper until crumbly

1: Measure all ingredients into large bowl

2: Mix together well to form stiff dough

3: Let rest 20 minutes

4: Divide into 4 equal ball shape pieces

5: Roll on lightly floured surface as thin as possible

6: Fry on hot greased skillet 350F turning to cook other side

7: When brown spots appear, it is ready

8: (May be rolled and cooked in the oven at 350F like crackers about 9 min

9: ) Serve hot or cold buttered with choice of jams or honey
