8: Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes in the preheated oven until loaf is browned and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom
9: Cool in the pan on a rack for 5 minutes
10: Remove from the pan and cool to room temperature, on a wire rack, before slicing
