1: Lightly spray two 9x5x3 pans with non-stick veg spray
2: In small bowl, stir together sour cream and baking soda, set aside
3: In large bowl, beat sugar and margarine on medium speed of electric mixer until well blended
4: Add sour cream mixture, banana, and vanilla; beat until smooth
5: fold in chips and nuts
6: Pour batter evenly into prepared pans
7: Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean
8: Cool 10 minutes
9: Remove from pans to wire rack;immediately wrap in plastic wrap
10: Cool completely before slicing
