8 : Eggs seperated
1 : c Sugar
2 : oz Semisweet choch melted coold
1/4 : c Fresh orange jice
1 : ts Grated orange rind
2 : c Ground walnuts
1/3 : c Cake meal
1/3 : c Potatostarch
2 : Oranges peeled sectioned
0: BAKE at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours
1: MAKES 9 x 5-inch loaf
2: Combine honey, milk, and sugar in 3-quart saucepan
3: Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, just until sugar is dissolved
4: (Mixture will be lukewarm
5: ) Cool
6: Sift together flour, soda, and salt
7: Add the dry ingredients, walnuts, butter and egg yolks ( or whole egg) to the honey-milk mixture
8: Beat 2 minutes (With electric mixer use the lowest speed) Turn into 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan, well greased on the bottom
9: Bake in slow oven (325 degrees) 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours
10: Cool before slicing
