6 : Top loin steaks cut 1 inch

1 : lb Beef flank steak

0: Preheat oven to 350F
1: Spray 8x4 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray
2: In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and nutmeg
3: In small bowl, combine zucchini, apple sauce, egg whites and lemon peel
4: Stir apple sauce mixture into flour mixture just until moistened
5: Fold in dates
6: Spread batter into prepared pan
7: Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
8: Cool in pan 10 minutes
9: Invert onto wire rack; turn right side up
10: Cool completely
