0: Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well
1: Press two-thirds of mixture in bottom of greased 13-by-9-inch pan
2: Place chocolate chips, condensed milk, 2 tablespoons butter and salt in heavy saucepan
3: Stir over low heat until chocolate melts
4: Remove from heat and add coconut, vanilla and pecans
5: Spread chocolate mixture over dough in pan
6: Crumble remaining dough on top and press lightly
7: Bake at 325-degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, until brown
