0: Brown meat and pepper together and drain greas
1: Prepare batter and pour into a greased pixxa pan
2: Tilt pan so batter covers the bottom
3: Arrange mat mixture, onion, and mushrooms over batter
4: Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until golden brown
5: Remove from oven and add pizza sauce and cheese
6: Return to oven for 10 mor minutes or until cheese melts
