0: Beyond ordinary quiche, this dish is ideal for a brunch, luncheon or light supper
1: Heat oven to 425
2: Line 9-inch pie pan with crust; flute edge
3: Pierce with fork in many places
4: Bake on bottom oven rack until golden (about 12 minutes)
5: Pierce again with fork, not going through crust
6: Brush pie crust with mustard
7: Beat eggs, half-and-half, Worcestershire, salt and pepper together
8: Fold in remaining ingredients; pour into crust
9: Bake on bottom oven rack 10 minutes
10: Reduce oven temperature to 325; bake until knife inserted near center comes out clean (about 30 minutes longer)
11: Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before cutting
12: 6 servings
13: Tip: Baked pie may be frozen
14: Thaw in refrigerator overnight
15: Reheat, uncovered, in preheated 3500 oven until heated through (30 to 35 minutes)
