8 : c Flour
2 : c Lukewarm milk
1 : /2 c Lukewarm water
1 : Cake household yeast
1 : c Sugar
1 : ts Salt
44 : Eggs (whole; beaten)
1 : c Melted butter or oleo
0: Dissolve yeast & sucanat in about 1/2 c water & set aside till yeast is foamy
1: Combine rye flour, wholewheat flour, salt, oatbran, carob, carawy & fennel seeds
2: In a separate bowl, combine the vinegar, molasses, oil & onion
3: Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients & blend well
4: Add yeast & mix well
5: If the dough is too stiff or dry, add more water
6: If too sticky add more flour
7: Turn dough out onto a floured surface; flatten it out; shape it into a round, shallow loaf
8: Place loaf on a lightly oiled baking sheet, brush dough with oil & let it rise in a warm spot until the dough holds an imprint when gently touched (about 30 minutes)
9: Bake at 375F for 35 to 40 minutes & cool on a wire rack
10: Lightly brush the top with oil
