8 : c Flour
2 : c Lukewarm milk
1 : /2 c Lukewarm water
1 : Cake household yeast
1 : c Sugar
1 : ts Salt
44 : Eggs (whole; beaten)
1 : c Melted butter or oleo
0: Heat water, margarine, and honey to 120f (48c)
1: Add white flour, oats, yeast, salt, and eggs
2: Beat in mixer for 3 minutes
3: Add remaining ingredients, beat at higher speed 3-4 minutes until stiff dough
4: Knead on floured board til smooth & not sticky
5: Place in greased bowl, turn over, cover, and let rise 45 minutes til doubled
6: Punch down, cut into even portions, roll out evenly to 3/8" thickness
7: Roll like a jelly roll, pinch down ends, fold ends under, & place in greased pans
8: Cover and let rise 1 hour til doubled
9: Bake at 375f for 40 minutes, cool on wire racks, serve
