8 : c Flour
2 : c Lukewarm milk
1 : /2 c Lukewarm water
1 : Cake household yeast
1 : c Sugar
1 : ts Salt
44 : Eggs (whole; beaten)
1 : c Melted butter or oleo
0: Add molasses, salt & oil to scalded milk
1: Pour, with boiling water, over oats, stir well & let stand till lukewarm
2: Dissolve yeadt in lukewarm water & let rise
3: Mix gluten with flour & add to oat mix
4: Beat well
5: Add yeast & mix thoroughly
6: Knead for 5 minutes, use more flour as necessary
7: Place in a covered, oiled bowl & let rise till doubled
8: Punch down, divide in half, cover & let rise for 10 minutes
9: Form into 2 loaves
10: Place loaf tins, oil the tops & let rise for another 30 minutes
11: Bake at 400F for 10 minutes & then at 350F for 60 ~65 minutes
