3 : oz Smoked ham

2/3 : c Butter

2/3 : c Flour

1 : qt Milk

1 : c Dry white wine

1 : /2 tb Fresh lemon juice

5 : 3-4 pound chickens

30 : lb FISH FILLETS FLAT FZ

1/2 : lb BUTTER PRINT SURE

3 : 1/2 lb CHEESE GRATED 1LB

6 : tb MILK; DRY NON-FAT L HEAT

1 : 2/3 tb PEPPER BLACK LB CN

1 : tb BASIL SWEET GROUND

2 : tb OREGANO GROUND

2/3 : oz PAPRIKA GROUND

1/4 : c Buttermilk

1 : oz Parmesan cheese; grated

2 : ts Flour

1/4 : ts Salt

1/8 : ts Onion powder

1/8 : ts Garlic powder

1/8 : ts Pepper

1/2 : c Yellow cornmeal

9 : oz Fish*

1 : tb Oil; vegetable

Directions

0: Generously brush 9inch pie plate with salad dressing

1: Dry potato slices on paper towel

2: Arrange one layer of potatoes, edges slightly overlapping, on bottom of pie plate

3: Brush generously with salad dressing; sprinkle generously with cheese

4: Repeat layers, sprinkling occasionally with pepper

5: Bake at 400, 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender

6: Immediately invert onto serving plate

7: Cut into wedges to serve
