Ingredients

1 : ts Minced garlic

1 : ts Minced ginger

1 : c No-sugar-added pineapple

Juice : Juice

1/4 : c Low sodium tamari or soy

Sauce : Sauce

1 : tb Cornstarch dissolved in

tb : tb Cold water

1 : sm Can crushed pineapple

3 : tb Clover honey

2 : tb Preserved ginger in syrup

1 : c Plain, whole milk yogurt

Directions

0: Add enough flour to handle dough easily

1: Turn onto floured board and knead until smooth and elastic

2: Place in greased bowl, turning once

3: Cover and let rise in warm place until double in size, about 1 hour

4: Punch down, cover, and let rise again until almost double

5: Divide dough into tow portions and shape into loaves

6: Place in greased pans; cover, let rise until almost double, about 45 mins

7: Bake 350 for 50 mins
