1 : ts Minced ginger
1 : c No-sugar-added pineapple
Juice : Juice
1/4 : c Low sodium tamari or soy

1 : tb Cornstarch dissolved in

1 : sm Can crushed pineapple
3 : tb Clover honey
2 : tb Preserved ginger in syrup
1 : c Plain, whole milk yogurt
0: Makes 1 medium loaf Preheat oven to 350øF
1: Grease and flour an 81/2" loaf pan
2: In a medium sized bowl stir and toss together the flour, sugar (if used), baking powder and salt
3: Set aside
4: In a sm,all bowl whisk together the milk, oil and eggs until smooth
5: Stir in the pistachios and olives
6: Add to the combined dry ingredients and stir just until blended
7: Spread evenly in the prepared pan
8: Bake until a thin wooden skewer inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean, about 50 minutes
9: Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely
