1 : ts Minced garlic
1 : ts Minced ginger
1 : c No-sugar-added pineapple
Juice : Juice
1/4 : c Low sodium tamari or soy
Sauce : Sauce
1 : tb Cornstarch dissolved in
tb : tb Cold water
1 : sm Can crushed pineapple
3 : tb Clover honey
2 : tb Preserved ginger in syrup
1 : c Plain, whole milk yogurt
0: Combine the flour and salt; stir in enough warm water so that the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl & is no longer sticky
1: Stir till smooth
2: Knead for 5 minutes
3: Shape dough into rectangle & cut in half lengthwise
4: Divide into 12 portions and shape into smooth balls
5: Cover with damp balls and let rest 5 to 10 minutes
6: Press each ball flat & roll into a 6" or 7" circle
7: Cover with damp towels
8: Lightly oil a griddle or skillet
9: Gently stretch each round as thin as possible
10: Cook until brown & bubbly spots appear on the bottom, about 90 seconds
11: Turn over & brown the other side
12: Remove from griddle and wrap immediately in towels
